HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO BE CONTACTED?

Mon-Friday we reach out the within the day or next business day at the latest. Sat-Sunday we attempt to contact prospective clients but may not reach out until monday morning.

WHAT IS OUR MOST POPULAR SERVICE?

We offer 20min walk / Drop in potty breaks, 30min walks, 60min walks, and Adventures. we also offer a subscription service called “The Pack” at weekly and monthly rates allowing our clients to secure a walk Monday-Friday for their pups every week. The Pack is our most advantageous offering allowing you to make sure your dog has great days every day. Take the leap and join the pack today!

We are currently servicing Neighborhoods in Effingham, Teutopolis, and the Lake Sara area. Check our service area map for more details. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELATION POLICY?

From our Client Service Agreement: Cancellations can be made in the Time to Pet Customer Portal.

Grateful Dog Walks reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled visits for services canceled within less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the  scheduled service and a fee of 50% if within less than 5 business days prior.

Cancellations during holiday seasons / weeks need to be canceled within 10 business days prior to scheduled service. A cancellation fee of 100% of the scheduled visits for services canceled within less than 10 business days prior to the scheduled service during holiday seasons / weeks.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCED SHOULD I SCHDULE?

There is no time like the present! We do suggest scheduling a week ahead. planning ahead as far in advanced is always encouraged to ensure you secure a spot as we fill up every day. Consider joining The Pack!!

HOW DO I SUBMIT A SCHEDULE REQUEST AND PAY AN INVOICE?

You can request and pay for services, instant message with our team, and update your records all on the Time to Pet Client Portal or Mobile app! Please specify the desired time in the notes of your request and please remember we operate on a two hour window (one hour on either side of your desired time).

Every Dog and Family is unique. Our services are customizable to meet the needs of each Families Situation. Tell us your needs and we can form a plan together in your meet and greet. With our post service report cards we can monitor how your dog is doing on its current plan and adjust accordingly to insure it is having the greatest time possible!

DO YOU HAVE PLANS IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES?

Your Dogs health and safety is of top importance to us! We carry a first aid kit in our vehicle and are Pet First Aid and CPR Certified through Pro Trainings. See certification Here. We also formulate a plan individual to your family through information provide by you in our Service Agreement and Veterinary Release forms. Based on this information we will work with you in your meet and greet to make sure we have a plan that meets the needs of your situation. Should anything happen to You or your Dog while under our care you can rest assured it will be handled like you are family.

We take the safety of your Family and Property very seriously. All keys are kept in a locked key safe when not in use. keys are labeled with no personal info that could link them to your home without access to our Apps Employee portal. All passcode info and keys are only accessible through our employee portal by employees that will be providing services to your home.
