As a New Client, you will start by filling out our Sign Up Form below. This form is just to contact us and get the onboarding process started with no obligations.Feel free to call or txt 217-663-2040 with any and all questions regarding services and the Sign up form. We are happy to help!After we receive your Sign Up Form, we will contact you to find out more about you and your pets needs.You will then be set up with a free account for easy scheduling, payments, and instant messaging through our App or Client Portal.
Next, Grateful Dog Walks will come over for a new client consultation. This is a great opportunity to ensure we are the correct fit for your family, and that your family is a great fit for us! These meetings are priced the same as our 20 minute drop-in potty break.

After your consultation, you will submit scheduling requests via your online account or through the mobile app, and you will be a part of the Grateful Dog Walks Family. *Consider joining the pack!*During and after each visit, Clients receive automatic updates through our App. Updates include the GPS Tracking of our walk, Photos taken, and a Post Walk Report Card. You are also able to instant message with us during visits!
